Since 2015, we have provided speech and language services to children, adults and families in Central Alberta. We are here to provide you with the information you need to better understand how we can partner with you in address your speech and language needs. Can I get a same-day appointment?
We welcome same-day virtual or in-person appointments where there is availability. If you have any questions, please let us know!
Will my insurance cover my visit?
Many individuals have coverage through their work place or personal insurance plans. We are happy to provide you with receipts for individual sessions as well as year-end statements upon request so you may submit them to your insurance company.
What are the payment options?
At ACE Therapy, we are happy to accept payment through electronic transfers, check, and PayPal to make payments convenient for you.
What if I need to cancel/change an appointment?
No problem. Life happens, and we recognize expected things will come up. Simply contact us at least 24 hrs prior to your appointment to change the appointment time or if you need cancel, you will receive a full refund (minus transaction fees).
